Artichoke Nibbles

6 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts (about 12)
1/2 loaf narrow baguette (French bread) cut into 1/4 inch slices
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/3 cup mayonnaise

Preparation Instructions:

1. Drain artichoke hearts.

2. Place one artichoke on each slice of bread.

3. Stir together cheese and mayonnaise.

4. Spread about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on top of each artichoke heart.

5. Place appetizers on baking sheet.

6. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and light golden brown.

7. Serve immediately
