2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
2 tablespoons shredded carrot
2 tablespoons sliced celery
1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon, crushed
1 small pork rib chop, cut 1/2 inch thick (about 4 ounces)
1 cup frozen broccoli cuts
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons dry red wine
Preparation Instructions:
Combine bulgur, carrot, celery, bouillon, onion, tarragon, and 1/4 cup water; bring to boiling. Pour into a shallow individual baking dish. Top with pork chop and broccoli. Cover tightly with foil. Bake, covered, in a 375 degree oven 45 minutes or till meat is done. Combine ketchup and wine; spread over chop. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes. Serves 1.
