Cinnamon Apple Crisp

8 apples, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup apple juice
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat a 9 x 13 inch glass dish with nonstick spray. Toss apples with lemon juice, and put into baking dish.

Combine oats, flour, raisins, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Drizzle with apple juice, honey and oil. Combine well. Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake until apples are hot and tender, 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 12.
