Grilled Pita Wedges with Garlic and Cumin

4 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon each ground cumin and pepper
3 Greek style (pocketless) pita breads

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, cumin and pepper. Brush over pita breads. Grill over medium high heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Cut breads into six wedges each and serve alongside salad.
