Oven Baked Fries

6 to 10 organic russet potatoes
2 to 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 to 2 teaspoons sea salt
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preparation Instructions:

Clean potatoes and cut into wedges. Place in a bowl, then drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds until wedges are well coated. Place wedges on an oiled baking tray. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Flip wedges after 10 minutes. Cook until golden brown. Serves 4 to 8.
