2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Melted chocolate
Finely chopped nuts
Preparation Instructions:
Stir together flour and salt. Cream butter; beat in sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, part at a time. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll into 2 inch long cylinders. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 325 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Dip each cookie into melted chocolate then finely chopped nuts. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
