30 - 45 ml cocoa
60 ml sugar
Dash salt
175 ml water
750 ml milk

Preparation Instructions:

1. Fill the bottom of the double boiler one third full of water and heat.

2. Mix together cocoa, sugar, and salt in the top of the double boiler.

3. Add the 175 ml water gradually and cook over direct heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes.

4. Add the milk and place over the hot water in the bottom of the double boiler.

5. Just before serving, beat with a rotary beater until there is a 3 cm or more of foam. 4 servings.
