Fresh Citrus Pasta Salad

2 cups water
1 package Lipton Creamy Bacon Carbonara Pasta & Sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 oranges, peeled cut in slices and quartered
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in package contents. Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 minutes; stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 3 to 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken. In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice and rind, mustard and garlic. Pour over cooked pasta; allow to cool. Add remaining ingredients. Makes 6 servings.
