Mango & Apricot Smoothie

1 large ripe mango
8 ripe apricots

Preparation Instructions:

Peel and pit the mango and roughly chop the flesh. Halve and pit the apricots. Place the mango flesh and apricots in a blender or food processor with 3/4 cup water and blend until smooth. Press the mixture through a sieve and discard the pulp. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or cover and chill before serving. Makes 2 servings.
