Bumbleberry Shake

3/4 cup each fresh raspberries, blueberries and chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup apple juice, chilled
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice
Granulated sugar to taste

Preparation Instructions:

In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
