3 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 3 medium)
1 1/2 cups diced black forest style ham
3 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Paprika (optional)
Preparation Instructions:
1. Grease 6 cup baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Layer potatoes, ham and onions in dish, reserving some of the onions for the top.
3. Heat broth to boiling; pour over top. Brush surface with butter, sprinkle with remaining onions and, if desired, paprika.
4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.
