Oyster Jim's Salsa

14 ounce can plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Preparation Instructions:

In bowl, stir together tomatoes, coriander, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, salt and pepper. Makes 1 cup.
