Pesto Cream Cheese Spirals

250 g tub spreadable cream cheese or light spreadable cream cheese
1/4 cup prepared pesto
4 soft flour tortillas
16 baby spinach leaves (optional)
12 thin strips red pepper
4 thin slices deli roast beef or ham

Preparation Instructions:

Mix cream cheese and pesto until well blended. Spread about 1/4 cup mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Place 4 spinach leaves at one end of each tortilla, top each with 3 strips red pepper. Layer 1 slice of roast beef on top. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.

Cut tortillas into 1 inch pieces. Place on serving plate. Makes 28 appetizers.
