Roasted Pepper and Black Olive Butter

1/2 cup softened, unsalted butter or margarine
1/4 cup each finely chopped roasted red peppers and chopped, pitted black olives
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Instructions:

In a medium size bowl, mix together butter, red peppers, olives and pepper until well blended. Makes 1/2 cup.
