Cranberry Sundaes Jubilee

8 ounce can whole cranberry sauce
4 sugar cubes
Orange extract
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Preparation Instructions:

Heat cranberry sauce, stirring occasionally. Soak sugar cubes in orange extract 5 to 10 minutes. Place scoop of ice cream in each of 4 serving dishes. Spoon hot relish over ice cream. Just before serving, place a sugar cube on top of each sundae and ignite. 4 servings.
