Creamy Broccoli Soup

1 small onion
2 teaspoons olive oil
10 ounce package frozen broccoli
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon marjoram or oregano
Pinch cayenne
1 cup reduced fat (2%) milk

Preparation Instructions:

Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Add broccoli, chicken broth, marjoram, and cayenne. Simmer until broccoli is tender. Puree with milk. Heat through to serve. Serves 4.
