1 pound very small, peeled carrots (or pre peeled baby carrots)
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons orange marmalade (or apricot jam)
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation Instructions:
Steam carrots. In a large skillet, heat orange juice, marmalade, butter, and salt. Add the carrots and cook over moderate heat until nicely glazed. Serves 4.
