Crepes Suzette

1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons strained orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon orange liqueur
2 tablespoons each brandy and Grand Marnier
Crepes

Preparation Instructions:

Make orange butter by creaming butter, powdered sugar, orange juice, orange peel, and orange liqueur. Spread butter mixture on crepes. In a large skillet, fry each crepe, butter side down, until hot, 1 or 2 minutes. Fold in a triangle and pile at the side of pan until all crepes are cooked. Spread crepes out and flame with brandy and Grand Marnier.
