Broiled Flounder with Herb Butter

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
1 teaspoon snipped fresh chives or scallion greens
1 teaspoon drained horseradish
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
4 flounder fillets (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat the broiler. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese until well combined. Stir in the dill, chives, horseradish, and lemon zest.

Sprinkle the flounder with the lemon juice and salt. Broil 6 inches from the heat, without turning the fish over, for 5 minutes or until the flounder is cooked through. Serve the fish topped with the herb butter. Serves 4.
