Midwest Bacon & Cheese Canapes

24 crisp crackers
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon caraway or poppy seed (optional)

Preparation Instructions:

In small bowl, combine ingredients, except crackers. Spread one half of mixture evenly on 12 crisp crackers. Arrange on paper plate or paper towel lined plate. Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until topping is hot, rotating plate once. Repeat with remaining mixture and crackers. Makes 2 dozen canapes.
