1/8 pound white or chocolate flavoured candy coating
12 vanilla wafer cookies (1 1/2 inches)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside. Melt candy coating in small mixing bowl in microwave at 50% (Medium) for 2 to 3 minutes. Dip half of each cookie into coating. Place cookies on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle dipped portion of each cookie with chopped nuts. Let stand, or chill, until set. Store in cool, dry place. Makes 1 dozen cookies.
