300 ml can Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon & nutmeg
3 apples peeled, cored and sliced
3 pears peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup each rolled oats, brown sugar and butter
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Preparation Instructions:
Whisk together Eagle Brand, orange juice and spices. Add apples, pears and cranberries; toss until fruit is well coated.
Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 8 cup baking dish; set aside.
Combine flour, oats and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until fruit has softened.
Serve with ice cream. Serves 6.
