Easy Chicken Pot Pie

10 ounce can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken or Half Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups frozen vegetable mixture (e.g. broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup all purpose baking mix

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine soup, vegetables and chicken in a 9 inch pie plate. Blend milk, egg and baking mix in bowl with a fork. Spoon over chicken mixture to cover. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Serves 4.
