12 ounces bow tie pasta
1 cup no salt added tomato sauce
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon each sugar and salt
6 ounces diced part skim mozzarella
Preparation Instructions:
Cook pasta. Drain. Meanwhile, in large skillet, bring tomato sauce to a boil. Add tomatoes, basil, sugar and salt. Transfer to a bowl, add hot pasta and cheese. Makes 4 servings.
