1 1/2 pounds each peeled, sliced pears and apples
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons each white and brown sugars
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 8 inch square baking pan, toss pears and apples with lemon juice, sugar, ginger and salt. In small bowl, mix white and brown sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake 40 minutes. Serves 4.
