Pumpkin Peach Bisque

16 ounce can sliced cling peaches packed in juice, undrained
16 ounce can pumpkin
14 1/2 ounce can chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
3/4 cup milk

Preparation Instructions:

In a food processor or electric blender, puree peaches until smooth. In a medium size saucepan, combine the peach puree with pumpkin, chicken broth, thyme, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil over moderately high heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk and continue cooking until heated through. Makes 4 servings.
