1 pouch unflavoured gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preparation Instructions:
Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in saucepan. Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatine is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Place remaining ingredients into blender container; cover and process at medium speed for 20 seconds, then at high speed until smooth. Add gelatine mixture; blend until well mixed. Turn into individual moulds, or 3 cup mould. Chill until set. Unmould and serve on crisp salad greens. Makes 4 servings.
