Devilish Egg Delight

1 pouch unflavoured gelatine
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped pimento
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Preparation Instructions:

Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in blender container; allow to stand until gelatine is moistened. Add boiling water; cover and process at low speed until gelatine is completely dissolved - about 1 minute. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard and eggs; cover and process at high speed until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into individual moulds or 3 cup mould. Chill until set. Unmould; serve with an assortment of crackers. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
