1 pound ground turkey
1 cup chopped fresh spinach, optional
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 large patties. Place patties on oiled grill. Grill over medium high heat 4 - 6 minutes on each side, until no longer pink in center. Serve with mozzarella cheese and red pepper slices if desired.
