4 squares white chocolate, quartered
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 package (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 large banana, sliced
1 Keebler Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust
1 square semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely grated
Preparation
Instructions:
In microwaveable bowl, partially melt white chocolate and peanut butter in microwave oven on Medium power 3 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Cool.
Prepare instant pudding as directed on package reducing milk to 1 1/2 cups. Beat in melted chocolate mixture. Fold in whipped topping.
Place banana slices on bottom of crust. Spoon pudding mixture over bananas. Refrigerate 3 hours.
Garnish with grated semi-sweet chocolate, additional banana slices and whipped topping, if desired. Serves 8.
Tip: Substitute Keebler Ready-Crust chocolate graham cracker crust. for graham crust, if desired.
