Sugary Shamrocks

4 green marshmallows
1/4 cup icing sugar

Preparation Instructions:
1. Knead together marshmallows with icing sugar until a stiff dough forms with just a touch of stickiness.
2. Roll between 2 icing sugar-dusted sheets of waxed peper to the thickness of a loonie (Canadian $1 coin).
3. Cut out desired shapes with mini-cutters.
