Spaghetti & Beef Toss

AmountIngredient
1 3/4 poundsinside round or top sirloin
2 poundsspaghetti
6 cupschopped mixed vegetables of choice (green beans, zucchini, peppers, broccoli, or carrots)
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
1 cupchili sauce
1/4 cupwater

Preparation Instructions:

Cut beef into thin slices across the grain.

Cook spaghetti and steam vegetables until tender crisp. Frozen vegetables may be substituted.

Brown the beef strips in hot oil in a non stick pan. Add chili sauce and water and heat through. If round is used cover with a lid, adding more water if necessary and cook until tender.

Toss spaghetti and vegetables with beef and serve. Yield: 10 servings.
