Chicken Club Wraps

Preparation Instructions:Cool bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard, spread about 2 tablespoons on the side of each tortilla.
Top each tortilla with 1 sliced chicken breast, 2 slices bacon, 1/4 to the diced tomatoes and 1 lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly, tucking in ends; cut in half diagonally. Serves 4.
Hint: To cook bacon in microwave oven, place between layers of paper towel and cook on High 1 minute per slice or until crisp. If tomatoes are very juicy, remove some of seeds and juice before dicing.
Per Serving: Calories - 625, Carbohydrates - 35.4 grams, Protein - 42.3 grams, Fat - 34.2 grams, Dietary Fibre - 2.7 g. Excellent source of B vitamins.
