"Fire" Steak

Preparation Tips:In a medium frypan combine BBQ sauce with celery, onions and hot sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until vegetables are tender. Add parsley, cumin and black pepper. Let cool slightly.
If using sirloin, cut into 4 equal portions.
Make a "pocket" in each portion by slitting one side open with a knife, being careful not to cut through the other side.
Spoon mixture into pockets of steak; skewer shut.
Grill or broil for 5 to 8 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
Makes 4 servings.
