B.C Chicken Stir-Fry with Satay Peanut Sauce

Preparation Instructions:1. In a wok or a large non-stick frypan heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add B.C. chicken and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
3. Add onion and BC Hot House peppers and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add Satay Peanut Sauce. Turn heat down to medium-low and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4. Serve with rice or pasta. Serves 4.
