Mushroom Quiche

Preparation Instructions:Fry mushrooms and butter together until there is no extra moisture.
Whisk together the cheese, onion, flour, eggs, salt, pepper & whipping cream. Add mushrooms & gently pour into unbaked frozen pie crust (or your own crust). Bake at 425 deg. for 25 min. Cover edge of pie crust with foil & continue baking for another 20 min. or until firm.
