Sweetened Whipped Cream

Amount	Ingredient
1 cup	heavy or whipping cream
1 to 2 tablespoons	confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon	vanilla

Preparation Instructions:

Beat cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. About 2 cups topping.
