Cucumber Cream Salad

Amount	Ingredient
3 ounce package	lime jello
1/2 teaspoon	salt
1 cup	boiling water
2 tablespoons	vinegar
1 teaspoon	grated onion
1 cup	sour cream
1/2 cup	mayonnaise
2 cups	grated English Cucumber

Preparation Instructions:

Dissolve jello & salt in boiling water, add vinegar & onion. Chill until partially set. Blend in sour cream and mayonnaise, fold in cucumber & chill until firm. A light refreshing treat.
