Brownie Cheesecake

AmountIngredient
1 packageBetty Crocker German chocolate cake mix
1/2 cupshredded coconut
1/3 cupbutter or margarine, softened
1egg
2 packages (8 ounces each)cream cheese, softened
2eggs
3/4 cupsugar
2 teaspoonsvanilla
2 cupsdairy sour cream
1/4 cupsugar
1 tablespoonvanilla

Preparation Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, blend cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg on low speed until mixture is crumbly. Press very lightly in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 8 x 2 inches.

Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Cool. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. 20 servings.
