Blueberry-Peach Shake

Preparation Instructions:Puree orange juice, yogurt, peaches, and 1/2 cup blueberries in a blender.
Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with remaining 1/4 cup blueberries. Serves 4.
Per serving: Calories - 170; Fat - 0.4 g; Chol. - 2 mg; Fiber - 2.8 g; Sodium - 66 mg.
