Serving Size: Makes 12 dozen cookies

Monster Cookies

Amount	Ingredient
1/2 pound	margarine
2 cups	white sugar
2 cups	brown sugar
6	eggs
2 cups	crunchy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon	caro syrup
9 cups	oatmeal
3 tablespoons	soda
1/2 pound	plain M&Ms
1/2 pound	peanut M&Ms
12 ounces	chocolate chips

Preparation Instructions:

Cream the margerine, white and brown sugar well together. Then add the eggs, peanut butter, caro syrup, oatmeal and soda. (You will have to mix this by hand). Then add in the M&M's and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons full onto greased cookies sheets. Bake them at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. This recipe make 148 cookies or 12 dozen.
Comments from Rachel: When I make these cookies, I use whatever kind of baking chips I have, toffee chips work good in these too. You can cut this in half if you need to or freeze part of it. If you don't have Caro Syrup, use the same amount of pancake syrup. ONLY USE FLOUR IF YOU HAVE TO, THEY ARE THICK COOKIES AND YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO.
