White Chocolate Peanut Crunch

Amount	Ingredient
12 ounces (1 1/2 cups)	peanut butter
12 ounces	dry roasted peanuts
2 cups	crispy rice cereal
2 pounds	white chocolate ( the kind sold in blocks)

Preparation Instructions:

Mix peanut butter, peanuts and cereal in large bowl; set aside. In microwave or double boiler, slowly melt white chocolate till smooth. Mix all together and spread on wax paper-lined cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Cool; cut into squares.
