Cheesy Potato Soup Mix

Amount	Ingredient
2 cups	powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup	imitation bacon bits
Two 1.5 ounce packages	Knorr Four Cheese Sauce Mix
2 tablespoons	dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon	salt-free seasoning blend
1 teaspoon	dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon	pepper
2 cups	potato flakes (Hungry Jack or other)

Preparation Instructions:

Layer the above ingredients in a glass jar for gift giving.
When giving as a gift add the following directions: Place the Cheesy Potato Soup Mix in a large soup pot. Add 6 cups boiling water. Mix well and let it stand for 5 minutes. Dice two 5 ounce cans ham (optional) & heat in a microwave-safe dish. Stir the ham into the soup. Serve and Enjoy!
