Layer the following in a jar for gift giving 
1 1/4 cupssugar
1/2 cupmacadamia nuts
2 cupswhite chocolate baking chips
2 cupsall purpose flour
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonbaking powder

Preparation Instructions:

Include the following instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup butter, 2 slightly beaten eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Add the White Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix and stir until well blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool the cookies on wire racks. Enjoy. Makes 3 - 4 dozen cookies.
