"Hashbrown Taters with Dogs"

AmountIngredient
5 cupsfrozen shredded hashbrown, thawed
10 3/4 ounce cancream of celery soup
1 cupsour cream
1 cup (4 ounces)shredded cheddar cheese
2 3/4 ounce canfrench fried onions
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper
6hot dogs, cut lengthwise (but not all the way through)

Preparation Instructions:

Combine shredded hash browns, soup , sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Spread in a greased 2 1/2 quart rectangular baking dish. Top with sliced hot dogs. Cover, and bake 30 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Remove, uncover and top with the other 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and french fried onions; bake a few minutes more. Serves 5.
