Preparation Instructions:Combine shredded hash browns, soup , sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Spread in a greased 2 1/2 quart rectangular baking dish. Top with sliced hot dogs. Cover, and bake 30 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Remove, uncover and top with the other 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and french fried onions; bake a few minutes more. Serves 5.
