1/4 cupvegetable oil
1/4 cupgrainy mustard
1/4 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Dashhot pepper sauce
6strip loin grilling steaks, 3/4 inch thick (about 8 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonpepper

Preparation Instructions:

In large shallow glass dish, whisk together oil, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; add steaks, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 24 hours).

Remove steaks from marinade, reserving marinade; sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Place steaks on greased grill over medium-high heat; brush with marinade. Close lid and cook, turning steaks once, for about 8 minutes for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.

Per serving: about 413 calories; 24 g fat; 1 g carbohydrates; 47 g protein; 316 mg sodium.
