Preparation Instructions:Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash in a small bowl. Mix with next 8 ingredients until well combined. Refill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley. Makes 12 appetizers.
