AmountIngredient
6BC Fresh eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
2 tablespoonssour cream
1/4 teaspoondry mustard
1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
Dashsalt
Few dropshot pepper sauce
1/3 cupflaked crab meat
2 tablespoonsfinely minced celery
 Paprika
 Parsley sprigs

Preparation Instructions:

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash in a small bowl. Mix with next 8 ingredients until well combined. Refill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley. Makes 12 appetizers.
