4 Vegetables Szechwan

Preparation Tips:Heat peanut oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add bok choy, bamboo shoots, snow peas, mushrooms and red pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables in wok. Stir and cook 1 minute or until sauce has thickened and coats all pieces. Serve on hot plates.
