4 Vegetables Szechwan

AmountIngredient
1 tablespoonpeanut oil
3/4 poundbok choy
1/2 poundbamboo shoots
1/2 poundsnow peas
1/2 poundmixed mushroomsr
1 cupred peppers, chopped
1/4 cupszechwan chili sauce
1 teaspoongarlic powder
2 tablespoonshoisin sauce
1/4 teaspooncoarse black pepper
1/4 cupbeef broth
1 tablespooncornstarch

Preparation Tips:

Heat peanut oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add bok choy, bamboo shoots, snow peas, mushrooms and red pepper and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables in wok. Stir and cook 1 minute or until sauce has thickened and coats all pieces. Serve on hot plates.
