Artichoke Nibbles

Preparation Tips:Pour marinade from artichoke hearts into a skillet. Add onions and garlic and saute until tender. Pour into a bowl and mix in the eggs, crumbs, salt, pepper and oregano. Add cheese, stirring well to combine everything. Gently mix in drained artichoke hearts. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 or 7 x 10 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into bite size pieces and serve hot or cold.
