Preparation Instructions:In a large bowl, dissolve coffee in boiling water. Then slowly beat into frozen yogurt. If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt.
Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Freeze until ready to serve. Let soften for 15 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
Tasty Tip: For a slightly different taste, top with a dollop of nonfat whipped topping, and substitute cocoa or ground nutmeg for the ground cinnamon.
Per serving: 209 calories; 1.5 g fat; 1 mg cholesterol; 56 mg sodium; 0.7 g fiber.
